Work for Pupils Closure Week Beg 20 April

Dear Parents/ Carers

Please find attached work for your children next week. I have listed below some websites that you may find useful. Please refer back to previous emails regarding access to free online books for your children.

See below for various links to activities that you may find useful while the children are at home. Rosetta Stone a foreign language website is offering 3 months free access for children at https://www.rosettastone.co.uk/lp/freeforkids/. You may enjoy learning a new language as a family!

BBC Bitesize https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize are starting online lessons from Monday 20th April and there is an overview of their schedule in the attachments.

Twinkl is offering free access to resources and support materials for parents at www.twinkl.co.uk/offer and use the code UKTWINKLHELPS

Daily Phonic Lessons and Story Time Resources are available on Ruth Miskin's youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo7fbLgY2oA_cFCIg9GdxtQ. Using these will really help your child improve their reading skills. Another tip I received from some parents is putting on the subtitles when your children are watching tv.

I hope you and your families find these resources useful , that you are all keeping well and  enjoyed the Easter break.

Best Wishes

Joan Cullen
