Collective Worship

Daily prayer and liturgy at Sacred Heart Primary School brings us all together into theĀ  presence of God. It links together our community of school, home and parish in a loving and caring response to God through our words and actions. Every member of staff is encouraged to share their own faith experience and build positive relationships giving daily witness to the Gospel values.

Through our Worship, which is a central part of our school life, gives everyone an opportunity to pray, reflect, celebrate and develop a greater understanding of our faith. Collective worship takes place throughout the school on a daily basis for the whole school, year groups or classroom liturgies. We celebrate Holy Mass with our Parish community regularly throughout the liturgical year and this celebration of the Holy Eucharist enables all members of our Catholic community, as well as non-Catholics, to deepen their relationship with God.
